Welcome to BazaarMentor. By using our website or engaging our freelance IT solutions services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About BazaarMentor

BazaarMentor is a freelance IT solutions partner based in Naraina, New Delhi – 110028, India. We provide services including software development, mobile app development, web development, Python automation, bot development, web scraping, digital marketing, graphic design and related technology services to individual clients and businesses across India.

BazaarMentor is committed to delivering honest, transparent and quality IT solutions. These terms exist to protect both our clients and our team — ensuring every project runs smoothly and fairly for everyone involved.

2. Services & Project Agreement

All services provided by BazaarMentor are governed by a mutual agreement between BazaarMentor and the client before any work begins. This agreement typically includes the project scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms and revision policy. Work on a project will only begin after the initial advance payment has been received as agreed.

  • All project requirements must be clearly communicated before the project starts.
  • Any changes to the agreed project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline revisions.
  • BazaarMentor reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities.
  • Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, credentials and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

3. Payment Terms

BazaarMentor follows a milestone-based payment structure for most projects. Typical payment terms are as follows:

  1. Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
  2. Milestone Payment: Remaining payments are tied to agreed project milestones.
  3. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the final deliverable or source code is handed over.
  4. All payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay or other agreed methods.
  5. Invoices are provided for all payments upon request.

Refund Policy: Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, BazaarMentor retains the payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Delivery & Timeline

BazaarMentor makes every effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by:

  • Delays in receiving content, assets or approvals from the client.
  • Significant changes to the project scope requested after work has begun.
  • Unforeseen technical challenges that require additional research or development time.

Clients will be informed promptly of any timeline changes. BazaarMentor is not liable for losses arising from project delays caused by factors outside our control.

5. Revisions & Support

BazaarMentor includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed project scope. Revision terms are discussed and agreed upon before the project begins. After the project is delivered and accepted:

  • Minor bug fixes within 30 days of delivery are provided free of charge.
  • New features, design changes or functional additions after delivery are treated as a new project or billed at our standard hourly rate.
  • Ongoing maintenance and support packages are available separately — contact us for details.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered project including code, designs and assets created specifically for their project. BazaarMentor retains the right to:

  • Display completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes (unless the client requests confidentiality in writing).
  • Use third-party libraries, frameworks and open-source tools in projects — these remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.
  • Retain ownership of any internal tools, templates or frameworks developed by BazaarMentor that were used as a base for the project.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging BazaarMentor's services agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements before work begins.
  • Respond to BazaarMentor's queries and requests for feedback within a reasonable time to avoid delays.
  • Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, images or materials provided to BazaarMentor for the project.
  • Not use BazaarMentor's services for any illegal, unethical or harmful purpose.
  • Make payments on time as agreed in the project terms.

8. Confidentiality

BazaarMentor treats all client information, project details and business data as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell or disclose your project information to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law. Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project discussions begin.

9. Limitation of Liability

BazaarMentor's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. BazaarMentor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, data loss or revenue loss arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups of all important data.

10. Website Use

By using the BazaarMentor website you agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our content without permission. All content on this website — including text, images and code — is the property of BazaarMentor and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

BazaarMentor reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
